RETURN POLICY & HOW IT WORKS
Our goal is to ensure our customers are 100% satisfied with their purchases, but we also understand sometimes you need to make a return. If you are unhappy with your item(s) for any reason, we’ll be happy to return the product within 14 days of purchase receipt for a store credit or refund. We offer free shipping on all domestic returns for store credit. If your return requires a refund, an $8.50 label and restocking fee will be applied.
To make a return:
- Items must be unworn and unwashed.
- Items must still be in their original packaging. You can use the original shipping bag to mail the return.
- Items must not be damaged or show signs of wear.
- You must have a receipt or other proof of purchase to process the return.
- We provide the domestic shipping label free of charge for a return for store credit. Returns for refund will incur an $8.50 label and restocking fee.
- To initiate a return email info@wearphenom.com. We will send you a printable shipping label and a confirmation email once we have received your returned item(s).
- Please allow 7-10 business days for a return to be processed.
Please note that we cannot accept returns or exchanges of sale items.
